Terms & Conditions Agreement
The Terms & Conditions contained herein, along with the Privacy Policy, form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of Navritih Nirman services by you. You are advised to read this Agreement carefully. If you are not agreeable to any Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy, you should not use this service.
You can use Navritih Nirman services if you are agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement in their entirety. If you accept this Agreement, it will be a legally binding agreement between you and Navritih Nirman .
Invitation to Offer
All products/services and information displayed on navritihnirman.in (“Site” or “Navritih Nirman”) constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer,” which shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Navritih Nirman reserves the right to accept or reject your offer.
Order Confirmation
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of Navritih Nirman prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

Membership eligibility
Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (including un‑discharged insolvents, etc.) are not eligible to use the Site.
Minors (13–17 years)
If you are under 18 but at least 13, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Parents/guardians may transact on your behalf if they are registered users.
Adult‑only materials are strictly prohibited for purchase by minors.
Age & access enforcement
Navritih Nirman reserves the right to terminate membership and refuse access if it discovers you are under 18. The Site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated for any reason.
Registering as a business
If you register as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this User Agreement.
Access outside India
Navritih Nirman makes no representation that products/services are appropriate or available outside India. Those who access the Site from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.
Navritih Nirman will deliver products only within India and is not liable for claims relating to orders placed from outside India.
Superseding terms & acceptance
Except where product‑specific terms are provided, these Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.
By using the services of Navritih Nirman, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
The Courts at Patna shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this Agreement.
Account & Registration Obligations
“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area, or through any e‑mail feature. We will protect Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Navritih Nirman shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to protect your account credentials.
If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, notify us immediately through the contact address provided. If Navritih Nirman believes there may be a breach of security or misuse of the Site, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account without liability.
Pricing Information
While Navritih Nirman strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors or typographical mistakes may occur. Prices cannot be confirmed until after you place an order.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Navritih Nirman reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.
In such cases, Navritih Nirman may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you. Unless the product has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Navritih Nirman may modify the price or cancel the order.
When Navritih Nirman accepts your order, the amount will be debited to your credit card account and you will be notified by email. Payment may be processed prior to dispatch. If cancellation occurs after payment, the amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.
Order Cancellations & Refund
At Navritih Nirman, we wish to see every order succeed. However, since we depend on other stakeholders (such as manufacturers, raw material providers, and accessory suppliers), there are times when we need to make changes to our prices and material offerings.
In such situations, we owe it to our customers to be fair and transparent, also allowing them to cancel their order if the situation demands.

Navritih Nirman – Cancellation & Refund Notes
i. Time Period
Computed from the date of depositing initiation amount (minimum 10%). Must deposit within 45 days else project is cancelled.
ii. Design Stage
Stage after 0.5% payment and before (9.5% + 0.5%) payment, when designs are accepted by the production/construction team.
iii. Production Stage
Stage after 10% payment has been made and before full 100% payment.
iv. Refund Option A
No cash refund. Products can be purchased up to advance amount within 12 months. If unused, balance forfeited. Not valid once 10% payment collected.
v. Refund Option B
No cash refund. Products can be purchased up to 50% of advance within 12 months. Balance 50% deducted as design & marketing costs.
vi. No Cancellation
Once designs are finalized and project is under production/construction, no refund is allowed. Customer must pay remaining order value.
Third‑Party Products – Additional Terms
PLEASE NOTE: Along with the other Terms and Conditions, these additional terms apply if you buy products not manufactured by Navritih Nirman or its group companies, i.e., products sold by third‑party vendors (“Vendors”).
- Navritih Nirman is not responsible for any non‑performance or breach of contract between you and the Vendor.
- Navritih Nirman cannot and does not guarantee that Vendors will perform any transaction concluded on the Site.
- No representation or warranty is made as to the attributes (quality, worth, marketability, etc.) of items or services sold by Vendors.
- Navritih Nirman does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale of any Vendor items or services.
- No liability is accepted for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of Navritih Nirman or third parties.
- You release and indemnify Navritih Nirman and its officers/representatives from any cost, damage, or liability arising from Vendor actions.
- Navritih Nirman cannot control Vendor information, which may sometimes be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Use caution and practice safe trading.
- Risks may include dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons, or people acting under false pretenses.
Credit Card Details
You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Navritih Nirman will be correct and accurate, and you shall not use a credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.
You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Navritih Nirman. This information will not be utilized or shared with third parties unless required by law, regulation, or court order.
Navritih Nirman will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you, and the onus to “prove otherwise” shall be exclusively on you.
Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
Navritih Nirman reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Site fraudulently.
Navritih Nirman also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Electronic Communications
By using Navritih Nirman, you consent to receive communications electronically. Navritih Nirman will communicate with you through email, SMS, or by posting notices directly on the Site.
You Agree and Confirm
- That in the event of a non‑delivery due to a mistake by you (wrong name, address, or other incorrect information), any extra cost incurred by Navritih Nirman for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
- That you will use the services provided by Navritih Nirman, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.
- You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested. Navritih Nirman reserves the right to confirm and validate the information at any time. If details are found not to be true, Navritih Nirman may reject registration and debar you from using its services without prior intimation.
- That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk, using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction.
- That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
- That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
Prohibited Uses of the Site
- Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
- Transmitting material that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offence, results in civil liability, or breaches any relevant laws, regulations, or codes of practice.
- Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.
- Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Site.
- Breaching any applicable laws.
- Interfering with or disrupting networks or websites connected to the Site.
- Making, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
Colors & Textures
We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products on the Site as accurately as possible.
However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color/texture will be accurate.
Modification of Terms & Conditions
Navritih Nirman may at any time modify the User Agreement without prior notification to you.
Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement, we will inform you of the changes via e‑mail at the address provided by you during registration.
Reviews, Feedback & Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions (collectively, the “Comments”) disclosed, submitted, or offered to Navritih Nirman shall be and remain the property of Navritih Nirman.
Such submissions constitute an assignment of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in copyrights and intellectual property to Navritih Nirman. Thus, Navritih Nirman owns exclusively all such rights and may use them without restriction or compensation.
Navritih Nirman is under no obligation:
- To maintain any Comments in confidence;
- To pay you any compensation for any Comments; or
- To respond to any Comments.
You agree that Comments submitted will not violate third‑party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.), nor contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or harmful material, nor include spam, chain letters, or viruses.
Navritih Nirman reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any Comments. You grant Navritih Nirman the right to use the name you submit in connection with any Comments.
You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or mislead as to the origin of Comments. You remain solely responsible for the content of your Comments and agree to indemnify Navritih Nirman and its affiliates for all claims resulting from them.
Copyright & Trademark
Navritih Nirman and its suppliers/licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, and other materials on this Site. Access does not confer any license under Navritih Nirman or third‑party intellectual property rights.
All rights, including copyright, are owned by or licensed to Navritih Nirman. Any use of this website or its contents, other than for personal, non‑commercial use, is prohibited without permission. You may not modify, distribute, or re‑post anything for any purpose.
Navritih Nirman names, logos, product/service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Navritih Nirman Private Limited. All other marks are the property of their respective companies. No trademark license is granted by accessing this Site.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Navritih Nirman, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of your actions or inactions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Breach of any warranties, representations, or undertakings.
- Non‑fulfillment of any obligations under this User Agreement.
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations, including Intellectual Property Rights and statutory dues/taxes.
- Claims of libel, defamation, or violation of privacy/publicity rights.
- Loss of service by other subscribers.
- Infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
Termination
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Navritih Nirman. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided you discontinue further use of the Site.
Navritih Nirman may terminate this Agreement at any time, immediately and without notice, denying you access to the Site. Such termination will be without liability to Navritih Nirman.
Upon termination, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or obtained from the Site, along with all copies, whether made under the Agreement or otherwise.
Navritih Nirman’s rights to any Comments shall survive termination. Termination does not cancel your obligation to pay for products already ordered or affect any liability arising under the Agreement.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Site is provided without any warranties or guarantees and in an “As Is” condition. You must bear the risks associated with its use.
While Navritih Nirman strives to ensure that material on the Site is correct, reputable, and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility for errors, omissions, or technical problems you may experience.
This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the manufacturer as specified in product specifications. It constitutes an essential part of this User Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Navritih Nirman or its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Without prejudice to the above, the total liability of Navritih Nirman to you for all liabilities under this Agreement is limited to the value of the product ordered by you.
Navritih Nirman, its associates, and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, nor that the Site will be error‑free or uninterrupted. Navritih Nirman assumes no liability for damages caused by delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of data or information transmitted in connection with use of the Site.
Site Security
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including but not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging into unauthorized accounts.
- Probing, scanning, or testing system/network vulnerabilities or breaching authentication measures without authorization.
- Interfering with service to other users, hosts, or networks (e.g., viruses, flooding, spamming, crashing).
- Sending unsolicited emails, including promotions or advertising of products/services.
- Forging TCP/IP packet headers or any part of header information in emails or postings.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Navritih Nirman will investigate such occurrences and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting offenders.
You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You further agree not to use unauthorized tools, agents, or mechanisms to navigate or search the Site, except for those provided by Navritih Nirman or generally available third‑party browsers (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox).
Entire Agreement
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable one that most closely matches the original intent. The remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Navritih Nirman with respect to the Site and services. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Navritih Nirman’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We only use your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. Your information is one of our most important assets. We store and process it on computers protected by physical and technological security devices.
We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way, please do not use the Site.
